Great app to check on services and account info, get it!!

App makes it very easy to stay updated on your account in every way (Bill payments, adjusting settings on device, customer service and more) and from anywhere.

Very good app works well very simple to use , for what I need it for. And if you need to reset your modem you can use this app for resetting your service and modem

This is a great App. Simple and to the point. Only wish it was also iPad compatible.

I use this app mainly to check on how much Wi-Fi usage I have added each month other than that I cannot really say, I do know I have never had a problem with the app it works fast it updates as far as I can tell every day and that is good enough for me. I do see in there away you can go in and make changes to your router but I have never been into it to do anything as I use my laptop for that.

Havent been a customer long but the app works great for me.

My Cable box was upgraded to HD a few days ago. The My Account app wont communicate with the new cable box. I spoke to three technicians - none could figure it out.

Easy way to pay your bill amongst other things.

Has very helpful features, easy to navigate. Some suggestions - there are too many Xfinity apps; why not consolidate them? - you have the support contact info buried in the application; move info to the first page. - would like to see more stats on network performance.

I am always having issues with one part of the app or another. Theres only been a few times its worked as it should for me. Unreliable. I dont like unreliable.

Ive had xfinity for 2 years and I have to say Im quite happy with the service
