My Account app

It has become difficult to use. I have to login repeatedly. There is no current or useful information about outages. Trying to use this app is as bad as calling Comcast and getting the no service department in the Philipines or India.
The app is a good idea but it doesnt work. Has anyone with Comcast tried to use it?
