No options to email anyone to talk to after hours for billing purposes. This company keeps charging extra pauper view items on my bills. Watch your bills everyone or youll be paying for stuff you did t even watch. I sure cant wait until another provider comes my way I will be sure to disconnect from Comcast. Only had it 3 months and nothing but problems after problems and dealing with customers service is no better!!!
