Cannot use the app for activation

1. Not impressed with the app when activating new equipment. Still had to call customer service and spend hours.
2. Not good at providing info for my nearest xfinity shop.
3. Does not provide contact info.
4. It doesnt allow you to safe the PDF statements
5. If you have multiple accounts. You have to keep log in and out all the time.
