Like everything Comcast related. The app is completely useless.

This app is extremely convenient and well tended to. I appreciate the support.

Doesnt let you do anything. Tells me there is no outage when I have no service but doesnt let me then report an outage.

Shouldnt state "able to help 24/7"if Their customer service isnt available 24/7

I have confirmed multiple times that although I moved my login remains the same. I have called, and chatted and they continue to tell me once I uninstall and install the app it will reflect accurate information. It shows absolutely nothing. Great.

App works well enough, the feature that allows them to call you at a specific time is nonsense, they just call and put you on hold for half an hour. Comcast is the worst, but you know that.

The only thing thats missing is the option to schedule a payment for a future date.

Very unreliable. Doesnt work most of the time.

Non-functional for me comber the last few releases. All the screen says is "you are logged in, but your details cannot be accessed" with no options other than "try again."

Completely worthless. I keep trying to login, and even though I keep providing accurate info (SSN, address, username, account number) I keep getting kicked out. Dont bother.

It is the best app! I can keep up with outages and any problems with my services!

The app is amazong super helpful everything is reachable and I finally could change my wifi password to a more simple one!! AMAZING!

I like the fact that I can fix most issues with the apps troubleshooting feature easily and without a service call.

Can see my account stats whe. Logged in, but for what ever reason even though everything is connected. It cannot see my wifi, second receiver or phone connection from the app. Just tell me, that they are not set up. So no usage stats are available to me whatsoever.

Horrible app wont even update to my new equipment it shows the new but trys connecting to the old one that shouldnt be there anyways

Everything wanted in an app except for scheduling payments.
