Works just fine for me!

I have used this app five or six times in the last couple of days and Ive had no problem at all utilizing it. I like the fact that it has a one click button for contacting support.

SO not into this!

I called just to get some help w/ re-programming my remote ctrl & the next thing I know Im having to download some app that I dont even WANT on my phone. So now its downloaded & I have NO idea how to use it...& Im really not interested in using an app for my cable needs...& I see nothing that tells me how to re-program my remote control. What about just some good old fashioned customer service Comcast! Maybe someone w/ a pulse could help me!

Works OK

The functionality works fine, but Comcast would rather spend $$$$ on their retention team, i.e. the sales people that will keep you on the phone for an hour, when you want to remove services, rather than build functionality to remove services. I cringe just knowing that I have to call them.

Useless app

this app was completely useless. My Internet has been out due to storms but no outages are in my area. Sending refresh signal doesnt do anything to my modem and when I called someone they wanted to send a technician out for something wrong on their end. Garbage app, even worse customer service. You cant even report an outage through the app so I dont understand why they even have it. They email me constantly about my bill so I dont need an app for that.

This is an awesome app. Its really helpful and like I said convenient.

Run, dont walk, away from Comcast if you can. This app is ok when and if it works. If you get new equipment it doesnt recognize it. It wont send a refresh signal. Basically just tells you to reboot the cable box. Its as much of a joke as Comcast itself.

No longer works for me

So something happened where It tells me I have no activated devices when I try and look at the Internet preferences.. But I was working before. I have a feeling after I had to reboot the router it turned on my wifi hotspot again and now my streaming speed is slowing down again. I cannot turn off the hotspot online because it says i do not have the right hardware... Yet I previously did it on the app. I just got this service a few months ago and have had nothing but issues. This app is just another one.

Works perfectly fine with me!!

It does the job very well but I do hope one day we can change the payment due date.

Only good for payments

Ive been repeatedly disappointed by Xfinity/Comcast in FL (loved it in MA). The app is one more disappointment. Complaints can only be called in or tweeted. There should be a way to post through the app.

Comcast failure is legend

We are by law not allowed to had any other provider but Comcast. So they go out of their way to make life more difficult. This app that doesnt even give you a number for service. Wifi fails everyday but the appt says no outages.

Useless

The email I received from Comcast stated that I could rename and manage my wifi with this app. Apparently thats only if you lease the Comcast gateway. If you own your own modem, the app doesnt do squat. Useless.

Total mess

This app is bad! Doesnt allow you to do almost anything. Besides Comcast is a rip off.

Love the update love the app.. I wish there werent here different apps but if it runs better this way then I guess its fine..

WORST APP EVER!!!!

This app doesnt even give you the option to update your profile or change anything. They also had my name spelled wrong when I first signed up and was over charged on my first bill. I talked to four agents and each one of those good for nothing people gave me four different amounts. If it wasnt for my apartment allowing dish, I would switch because this app is the worst.

Awesome app

I like this app it helps a lot. Sometimes my bill doesnt get in the mail for whatever reason and with this app I am able to see when my bill is due.

Status doesnt work

Internet status never says theres an outage when there is no internet. Calling in to the system is the only accurate way to get information. And I did use an alternate connection when checking status.

Hard to use on my IPad.

It wont change to landscape on my IPad. Makes the app pretty useless! A year has gone by and it still cant shift to the way I use my IPad in its stand. It seems pretty stupid and inconsiderate!!!
