Xfinity My Account App Reviews

App show my old deactivated account and there is no way to switch to different account number. Very disappointed :(

I love this app to mk my payments its so awesomely easy and quick....

Although this app works well when the network is up and working it fails to inform of a TV outage properly. With error code RDK-03006 on all TVs the app shows all clear no outages reported yet call to tech support confirms outage in area.

Love how I can receive our home phone calls on my iPhone.

1. Not impressed with the app when activating new equipment. Still had to call customer service and spend hours. 2. Not good at providing info for my nearest xfinity shop. 3. Does not provide contact info. 4. It doesnt allow you to safe the PDF statements 5. If you have multiple accounts. You have to keep log in and out all the time.

I wish I could rate zero stars. Ive had the app over a week now and I havent been able to use it once. The app crashes often and when it finally does stay open, nothing works. I want to use it to change my wifi password but it keeps showing an error (since I got the app) that it "isnt working right now. Mind you, I have updated the app. Nothing works. Its so inconvenient and frustrating.

Xfinity has really stepped their game up. Simple, convenient.

I use all of th xfinity app to stay on top of my families cable and Internet. Super easy.

......of course it does. Its easy to use but why would they make receiving money in their pockets hard?

I keep having issues with the " view channel lineup" not being correct for my area. I had Comcast cares working on it for a few days, finally got it correct and it lasted a few hours and now its back to the wrong lineup. Very frustrating Other then that, the app is great.

Makes paying bills easier!

Its buggy, crashes constantly, has features it clams to have that ether dont work or are so barely functional. Thats what I would say if any other company published this, but this is from Comcast, a company that manages to constantly find new ways to screw its victims, I mean "customers" over. Theyve set the bar so low for expectations that for their ridiculously pathetic app here is ok. In short, run. Run away from this barely functional app and this crap storm of a company as fast as you can, unless you have no other alternative, in which case, welcome to hell.

Overall, the app works pretty well.....when the Internet is working. Xfinity/Comcast dont have the best track record for service. Internet is consistently up and down.

The app routinely says service is all ok when your internet and even tv service is not working. The chat option rarely works. The troubleshooting options are a typical Comcast strategy designed to delay the customer from reaching someone that can really help.

No matter the issue there is a trouble shoot to be done from the app. NONE OF THEM WORK but, at least you can reset your box from your phone. When the box reboot the problem will still be there.
