Very easy to use
No way Im "account details" to see any information about my account other than address and phone. I want to see what Im paying for (Internet speed, package details, etc. )
Just used it for the first time. Does exactly what it says it does. Easy to use
I only use it to pay my bill so its good for this purpose. The call back feature doesnt work which is a bummer.

This app doesnt work at all. Getting a spinning wheel of death once the app is started. Xfinity get you sh** together!! I pay way too much $$$ every month for your services, theres no reason why they shouldnt work properly. You guys are a multi-billion dollar industry! Spend some money on fixing your software!!

There is ALWAYS some aspect of these half baked Comcast apps that doesnt completely work. Updates simply fix a prior issue, while creating a few new ones. I have to assume that this is why Customer Service gets such a bad rep. They simply dont have a clue why the problems exists (or how to prevent/ fix them)... Good luck!
I would rather speak with anyone in the world than an employee a Comcast on the phone. They have maybe 4 channels that actually output in 1080p, despite the fact that you pay for every channel in 1080p. Offered me $250 to sign a 2 year contract but gave me $50. My bill is $35 more expensive every month than I agreed too.
I like being able to go in and pay my bill, checking on outages, and data use. One thing Id like to see is Touch ID when I sign in to view my bill. I like being able to use this app rather than call in to customer service. The other suggestion I would make it just clean the app up a little. It seems a little outdated.

Pretty good app Just wish it would let me set my "preferred" email to what I want instead of defaulting to the Comcast email given to me when I set up service. Which by the way I dont want or use.
Living on Cape Cod offers zero to no options for Internet access. Xfinity Comcast have a monopoly here and offer this app as what... something considered as impressive!? Considering the years of raping and pillaging, they should offer 1,000s of apps offering some capability. The fact that they dont speaks volumes. Heres a thought... Allow your customers to use an app to throttle up bandwidth. Enable guys like me to not be embarrassed when trying to stay connected to a simple work from home WebEx meeting. Oh but know I share my disdain for Comcast with my colleagues, they feel the same.

This is a great app - provides easy access to account info and troubleshooting control for account devices.
I didnt want an app for tv, or streaming, or home security. I wanted an app to check my bill, see that payments went through, and to check if Comcast reports outages in my area during periods of lost connectivity. Boom. Done. I am happy. App runs flawlessly on iOS and is very intuitive. If only Comcast.com/xfinity.com app devs could take a page from the mobile teams playbook. Resisted 5 stars due to lack of biometric authentication (at least, Apple TouchID wasnt implemented yet at the time of this review).
